After a long period of preparation, the question of whether the sound of the cantata reference converter can be further improved is answered by version 3.0 with a completely new DAC architecture, sophisticated digital filtering and an optimized analogue section including high-quality ETI connections. The new, sound-optimized power supply works with higher supply voltages and uses the T-network capacitors known from the cantata amplifiers.
The functionality is further increased by 3 optical digital inputs and 2 pairs of RCA sockets, which can be used as analogue, digital or even as an (optional) phono input. And the sound result? The extent of the sound improvement is absolutely astonishing. Version 3.0 impresses with its exceptional audibility of even the smallest details in the most complex music.
